Possibly could move up for Mimms, MAYBE Guyton but neither of them gentlemen have a lot of starts. I can see them betting on the upside but don’t see them paying too high of a price to do so. Most of the top tier talent will be gone by 20 and at that point we might as well stay put.

Its beyond me how a guy like McCarthy can be pushed ahead of Penix. Drake Maye isn't above Penix but I get it...the hype carried him to the Top....but in no way is McCarthy better than Penix. Its not even a debate. Makes absolutely no sense.

Am I the only one that doesn't see the need to draft a WR? I understand there's talent in the draft but if we're drafting a QB that's throwing the ball 20-30 times a game, why do fans want to spend a high draft pick on a WR?

We went over this Marriotta mean JD nonsense when it happened.
Their first pick was Sam Darnold. So they didn't pick Marriotta simply because they were taking JD. Also Marriotta can mentor whoever is drafted with the pick not just JD.

There is no doubt in my mind that AP is going heavy on offense the first two days. They need two OTs, a WR, a TE and possibly a RB. If AP selects a defensive player before his last pick on day two it will be a mistake because they will only be backups or rotational players which won't help to develop the QB he takes at two which is the most important thing he can do IMO.

I am not high on these QB at 2 . We have so many holes to fill . I wish we didn’t need a qb trade out and get a stud LT and load up picks .we have to make these picks count we are a few years away from being a playoff team. This class is very deep. We need a OL WR ,DB. TE , SS . I don’t see us taking Daniels at 2 he don’t t seem like ap guy . Ron really hurt us on the team depth with there bad drafts . Next year Qb draft class is very weak. 2we needs dawgs and speed
