Access control KP+ proximity - k5 (560596) user code programming

I have two access control k5 , but the keypad not response.. kts response only when i put * .. please help

This was great, been searching for "bluetooth proximity advertising device" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Norajon Proximity Packthread - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.
