The Georgia State Bar is governed by the Board of Governors. The vast majority of these governors are elected to posts that are related to to the judicial districts across Georgia. The District of Atlanta has 40 such offices filled by these governors. The next closest circuits are Stone Mountain with 10 and Cobb with 7 posts. All of the current governors in Atlanta are there through 2024 and some through 2025. This is the organization that is wielding a Damocles sword over Bradley, for sure, and possibly over McAfee to a lesser degree. A deep dive into this could easily explain most of what we are seeing in this Court.
Also, Mr. William J. Monahan is one of two Out of State governors, who is located in Washington DC. This is merely cited as coincidental.
