I like the style of the WOW for the mana/health bar plus the spells at the bottom. It is easier to see when you don't need to look up. But that is the last of your concerns ahah Visual scripting can be a pain in the ..... use multiple scripts and you can derive what you need from them. Keep it up!!

so how is traveling is going to be ? if the broom consumes mana... maybe if u make it so it will consume mana only in battle would be better for the open world and the combat system would not be harmed , cheers

I think the game looks pretty good but the world seems pretty empty. Maybe you should add some towns, enemy camps, some sort of collectible, or maybe some little puzzles. I’m not a game developer so do whatever you’d like but this is just something I think could help youre game.youre making an amazing game.

Hey im a new subscriber and i think that you have come a long way from the beginning and I also make games but just on scratch so if you could answer one question of mine I would be grateful what are you makeing this game off of

I'm just going back and rewatching these devlogs cause they're just so great!!! I think there should eventually be a bustling "Diagon Alley" sort of area. Where there's a bunch of magical shops crammed together with winding alleys, for example, a broom shop with a rotating inventory along with some rare brooms that you can't find in a store, maybe only by completing a quest or finding them. Or a wand shop and a familiar store that sells pets like in Harry Potter. It would be so cute if the pets rode on the back or front of the broom lol And maybe other stores that sell basic ingredients for potions and things, and the rest just fake stores for aesthetic. :) Maybe some loading screens between areas can help so you don't have to populate an open world. I actually like loading screen areas because they tend to feel more cozy because the world is broken into smaller pieces.
