Georgia's jury instructions were flawed from the beginning. How can they charge two crimes with the same element? Malice is an element of malice murder, felony murder. What morons.

Verdicts like this arise from "instructions" the judge gives the jury before deliberations begin. The only purpose is to force the jury to find how the judge would have found if the jury did not exist. Such instructions are illegal, and constitute treason against the people just like any other form of jury tampering committed by anyone at all. The Fully Informed Jury Association aka FIJA has been working for decades to inform individual jurors against such tampering by judges, whose fraternities protect them from prosecution.

No prroblem, charge him for whatever murder is next.

I was guilt it into taking the first two Covid vaccines and I have not been normal sense. I just feel sick with extreme fatigue all the time. Last year I got an infection so bad that the bacteria seeped out of my kidney into my hip flexor muscle and I developed a grapefruit size Abscess for which I had to have emergency surgery and IV anabiotic’s for 42 days. Two days after I finish the antibiotics I fell and broke my tibial plateau. That meant I was in a wheelchair for four months while it healed and the next four months and to current, I’m still having to use one crutch or a cane to walk. so that hasn’t helped me feeling well, but it was that damned vaccine! The nursing home, where my aunt lives, called me a couple weeks ago and asked if I wanted her to have a Covid vaccine and I said no! She has dementia is so bad she doesn’t know anyone. I don’t think her dying of Covid Would be a horrible thing. I know that sounds heartless, but I know my aunt wouldn’t mind live sitting in a nursing home and she can’t even remember to go to the bathroom. She doesn’t know any of us. For 60 years she was a second mom to me. She has no clue who I am. I don’t even go see her anymore because the last time I went she stared at the door the whole time as if she wanted me to leave or wanted someone to rescue her from this stranger in her room. To see her more often than I do would only be for me, and not what’s best for her. She did not enjoy the visit at all, because I am a total stranger.

non-sense. when you say "Institutionalized", its expressive of an exaggeration. Most Hospitals have a "Psychiatric care unit". commonly called "the psychiatric hospital". Mental Institutions don't exist as they once did. the medial systems has moved away from harmful practices. the business is about recovery not traumatize and abuse.

This could have interesting repercussions. It might cause prosecutors to think twice about kitchen sink charges. We don't have a rule on the preponderance of the charges. By overcharging the accused, prosecutors seek to railroad the accused into a plea deal. In some cases, it could need separate legal teams to defend against each charge, an economic burden that few are able to withstand. In short, criminal justice is a game for the prosecution, but likely ruination for the accused, regardless of the verdict.
