What if Anakin DIDN'T Burn? FULL - Star Wars Theory Fan-Fic

Is there some reason why Obi-Wan couldn't have Force levitated Anakin off the embankment and onto the ground in front of him? And even if he'd killed him afterward, it would at least have been a clean death. What Obi-Wan did was allow his opponent to suffer what, for all he would have known was a slow and excruciatingly painful death, something that is not only deeply dishonourable, but also runs counter to everything the Jedi purport to believe in. Did Obi-Wan perhaps have a little Dark Side of his own in him?

I actually think he wouldn't have became as evil as Vader was if he didn't burn. I think Mustafar was when he truly became Vader, even if he said it was before.

Hands down had not he been burned or even turned Luke instead of turning back himself, he'd have conquered the galaxy. Until Luke eventually (according to the rule of two) killed Vader anyway.
Edit: This would've led to generations of powerful sith from his seed starting with the twins. Who were in His wife's womb already

nah but I like this better than the actually story. the only thing bad about it is that anakin wouldnt have been the chosen one.

I actually think Anakin not burning after being beaten by obi-wan actually made more sense. Lava, despite being extremely hot, cannot simply ignite things unless the matter is in contact with lava. And in the scene, Anakin's body wasn't actually that close to the lava. So him catching on fire doesn't really make much sense to me. But lungs damage will still be a thing due to the hot air and the ashes.

I loved this! Like other comments mentioned, it would be great to see an animated series where we could watch theories like this play out on screen! Maybe Disney could hire you to save this franchise

I gotta disagree with a few things. I really don't think Anakin would have killed Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, if only because they knew and helped take care of his mom. I also don't think he would have mistreated Luke at all, if anything it would have been the opposite. That's just my thoughts at least.

I think also that anakin wouldn’t necessarily have a red lightsaber because even tho the Jedi were painted as traitors the sith were still recognised as evil so running around hailing the signature colour of them may not look great

After his appearance in ahsoka I'm convinced he's now the chosen one... and he had to fall to dark side you experience both sides of the force... and the force helped obi wan defeat him twice to protect the twins and train luke... the prophecy says the chosen one will bring balance back to the force... which he does... but maybe in his death he becomes the chosen one the embodiment of the force light and dark and can stop people from dying like he did to ahsoka.. he's now the chosen one and is basically the force..
