Everyone's making fun of the mogul moves office but people should pay attention to the numbers. They spend 11 million a year, and make 13million. If their office costs 15k a month, that's 180k a year, or 1.8% of their operating expenses. Almost all their expenses are going directly to paying offbrand to run events for them, or paying their top talent (Ludwig, to a lesser extent Slime and Nick and Aiden) to record their highly profitable video series. Optimizing the usage of their space just doesn't fucking matter to them because at the end of the day its a tiny fraction of their costs.
