With US Navy's formidable fleet composed of a Aircraft carrier and numerous war ships of different types plus of course underwater submarines, I, for one, feel safe at all time knowing for a fact that there is onhand assurance that no other warrior groups will attempt to challenge such truly and absolutely, in my own opinion and assessment, is undefeatable. Just my personal humble thoughts.

This was three years ago and already this navy is so obsolete compared to the Chinese Warships and weaponry systems. 1. Chinese superior Destroyers the Type 055 with far ranging and superior radar and sonar systems. 2. The Hypersonic anti ship missile systems the YJ 21 at mach 6 to 10 which have counter EW and jamming systems evasive system that can outmanuvre AEGIS ship defense systems by a Aircraft Carrier Group, launching multiple hypersonic missile system to overwhelm any AEGIS defense systems to defeat the entire carrier task force groups. Finally, the Chinese Air to Air Missile systems the PL 15 are faster and longer range than any NATO or American AAMs. Even worse still is the Chinese Scramjet powered PL XX which no US AAMs can match giving the Chinese a superior over the horizon AAMs capability as a first strike AAM against the US aircrafts. In short in a conflict in 2023 in the Taiwan Strait this particular Naval Force would be defeated very resoundingly by a technologically more advanced Chinese Naval force in 2023.
